We suffer from a crisis of belief in our country today. So many people have lost faith in America. We have lost faith in our leaders, institutions, systems—even in one another.

If the 2024 election proved anything, it is this: regardless of who you voted for, the status quo is not working for far too many of us. So many of us feel stuck, unsure how to move forward.

Addressing the fundamental challenges that hold our communities back demands an alternative to our divisive politics. We need a new civic path. The new civic path starts with turning outward toward one another, figuring out what we can agree on amid our differences, and getting in motion together to take action on what matters in our daily lives. The catalyst we need in our nation today must begin in our local communities.
