Public Innovators Labs
Offered virtually and in-person, the Public Innovators Labs equip you with the mindset, tools, and practices you need to create change in your community. The first Lab, Getting Started, provides the fundamentals you need to Turn Outward, discover what matters to people, and begin taking action in your community. The second Lab, Unleashing Impact, helps you spread a chain reaction and strengthen your community’s civic culture.

The CIRCLE of Catalytic Funders
Made up of funders actively using the Harwood approach for years and those new to it, the CIRCLE explores the various ways funders can catalyze change to address fault lines and strengthen civic culture in their communities. Through in-depth sessions, regular webinars, and annual gatherings, the CIRCLE explores how philanthropy can both “lead” and “get out of the way” to accelerate and deepen impact in community life.
